Rios

RIOS, a residential project near the St. Lawrence River and the mouth of the Etchemin River, is located in the heritage heart of Old Saint-Romuald, close to numerous services and shops. The site, bounded by Chemin du Fleuve and Rigolet Park, offers a balance between nature and urban life.

The project comprises five townhouses and two condos sharing a courtyard and each with a garden overlooking the large open park. The project has been designed to harmonize with the area, both in terms of massing and materiality, while prioritizing the enhancement of outdoor spaces and visual permeability towards Rigolet Park and the St. Lawrence River.
